We don’t have a house style, but we do have high standards. We never ‘settle’. Our brands are bold,
full of personality, and disrupt. What we care about most is working with like-minded people who ‘get it’.
We solve problems with authenticity, process-driven strategy, and an eye for what your audience wants (even if they don’t know it yet). If we don’t believe in your business, we won’t work on it.
We thrive on collaboration, honesty, and a shared commitment to doing great work. We’ll take you on the journey, challenge your thinking, and say no when it’s needed — all with the aim of getting the best result for your business. We don’t look for inspiration in obvious places.
We’re vibrant, nimble, fun, and easy to talk to. We take our work very seriously, but seldom ourselves. We value human connection and our clients often turn into long-term collaborators and friends. We’re embedded in Sydney’s cultural fabric — its venues, its hospitality, its music scene, its queer spaces.
We’re always pumping music through the studio speakers. We live and breathe creativity, and we’re always up for doing cool stuff that pushes boundaries (or buttons). We love a challenge and we’re never bored.

Send Payments is a global cross-border payments platform helping businesses, enterprises, and individuals move money internationally with clarity, control, and confidence. Built on robust infrastructure and backed by concierge-level service, Send combines enterprise-grade technology with a distinctly human approach to global finance.
SUPERHAUS partnered with Send to reposition the brand for its next phase of growth — transforming it from a local Australian startup into an enterprise-ready global payments partner trusted by businesses, platforms, and financial teams operating across borders.
The Brief
Send needed a brand platform and identity system that could position the company as a trusted global payments partner while communicating both technical sophistication and human service. The brand had to resonate with enterprise clients, tech teams, and SMEs alike, while simplifying the experience of international payments both visually and verbally. At the same time, it needed to create a cohesive system that could scale consistently across product, marketing, and partnerships. At its core, the project was about building a brand that reflects the reality of Send’s offering: leading technology, delivered with care.
The Concept: Precision Meets Partnership
Our creative platform centres around a core tension within the brand: precision meets partnership.
Send operates at the intersection of infrastructure and service — where complex global systems are delivered with clarity, calm, and a deeply human approach. We translated this idea into a creative concept called “A Circular Duality.”
A visual and verbal language built around balance:
Technology and trust, Structure and empathy, and Global scale and personal service.
This idea became the guiding principle across the brand identity, messaging, and design system.
The Brandmark: Circular Duality
The brandmark stems from a deceptively simple idea: two semi-circles coming together to form an “S.”
This circular structure symbolises the partnership at the heart of Send — two forces working together to move something forward.
The form has been subtly warped through contrast and perspective, giving the mark warmth, individuality, and a sense of motion. Its layered geometry suggests the transfer of energy, echoing the movement of money across borders.
Simple on the surface yet intentional in construction, the mark embodies the brand philosophy: precision built, human powered.
Designed for flexibility, the brandmark can also stand independently across digital environments — from app icons to favicons — ensuring strong recognition even at small scales.
The Wordmark: Professional clarity with human warmth
The wordmark balances professionalism with approachability. Set in Matter, a grotesque typeface with subtle humanity in its curves and angled terminals, the lettering conveys stability, modernity, and quiet confidence. Its clean structure makes it ideal for interface environments and enterprise communications, while the slight softness in its forms prevents the brand from feeling overly corporate or technical.
The result is a wordmark that feels equally at home in global enterprise contexts and everyday user applications.
Colour Palette: Calm clarity with modern depth
The identity introduces a refined colour palette designed to signal trust, clarity, and modernity without leaning into the coldness often associated with fintech. At its centre is a soft sky blue, chosen for its sense of openness, calm, and clarity while avoiding the tropes of traditional bank blues. This is anchored by a rich earthy brown that brings grounding and maturity, supported by deeper blues and cool grey-blues for structure and neutrality. A vibrant lavender adds a contemporary sense of optimism, while cream and black maintain warmth and contrast across the system.
Subtle gradients run throughout the palette, introducing depth and motion that echo the movement of money across borders while allowing the identity to feel calm, modern, and dimensional.
Graphic System: Precision + Connection
The visual system expands the circular idea into a broader set of graphic tools. Circular Devices represent connectivity and partnerships.
Varied-width rings can frame photography or messaging, linking or stacking to represent networks, movement, and global relationships.
Grid Systems reflect the precision and structure behind Send’s technology — providing clarity, rhythm, and consistency across layouts.
Together these elements create a flexible design language that balances structure with expressiveness.
Illustration
Send’s illustrations introduce moments of warmth and humanity within a highly technical category.
Characterful geometric forms and human-centred compositions soften complex ideas and reinforce the brand’s service-led philosophy. The result is a visual layer that feels intelligent, approachable, and design-forward.
Photography
People sit at the centre of the Send ecosystem.
Photography focuses on moments of movement, partnership, and purposeful action — from enterprise teams collaborating to individuals navigating global work and life. The aesthetic blends modern workplaces with natural light and real environments, reflecting both the technical sophistication and the human trust that underpin the brand.
Across business, personal, and internal imagery, a consistent thread emerges: confidence in motion.
The Result
Send’s new identity transforms the company from a functional payments provider into a confident global brand.
The system balances enterprise credibility with a human tone, allowing Send to speak equally to CFOs, developers, SMEs, and individuals moving money across borders.
Clarity replaces complexity. Structure meets warmth. Technology meets trust.
The result is a brand built for the future of global finance — precision-built, human-powered.
